The current financial crises has me thinking about my food storage. I’m watching CNN right now, and my feelings reflect what the nation is feeling – anger, and some fear. The three main causes of this mess:

1. Deregulation
2. Greedy lenders
3. Stupid borrowers

I can’t believe we’re all paying for this stupidity of the few. Now were seeing a stalling, power play in Congress while they agree on a bailout plan, which of course adds to my anger.  They’re still arguing over whether these corporate executives get a golden parachute? How about a jail sentence instead?

It seemed impossible that our global image could drop any farther, but then we decided to wreck the word’s economy. Wonderful.
